Health industry mock branding and social campaign

Overview

As part of our ACME persona initiative, I developed mock branding for a health industry advertiser to extend across display, email, video, and social products.


Challenge

The advertiser focused on creating a comfortable, home-like environment for seniors with friendly staff and engaging activities. The branding needed to feel warm, trustworthy, and personal—avoiding the typical clinical look of healthcare marketing.

I used purples, reds, and oranges to convey comfort and care, pairing it up with lifestyle images of senior residents in the facility.


Outcome

I applied the branding across a social campaign suite featuring static, carousel, and a video ad.


Social Carousel Preview


Across the different social ad types, I used the watercolor background and applied a soft purple shade from the color palette to invoke a feeling of comfort and warmth. I used lifestyle images of residents and nurses in action for a more natural feel. The text is large and inviting for readability due to the average attention span on social media.


For the carousel ads, I opted to not use the logos, because the ad themselves will be shown underneath the advertiser's account. Adding the logo through these sequence of images felt redundant and busy. I focused instead on striking images and large text to really sell the message.


Other notes:

These creatives served as tests to determine appropriate social product design standards within the team.
